Terms

These terms cover use of this website. Programme delivery is covered separately in the agreement for that programme.

About this website

This website is operated by HINT Institute. By using it, you accept the terms on this page.

Programme information

Programme descriptions, module lists, durations, delivery formats and levels are published in good faith and describe the programme as currently planned. Content may be refined between cohorts, particularly where it depends on tools and regulation that change.

Where a programme is adapted for an organisation, the delivered content is the content agreed with that organisation.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, reserve a place or commit you to any payment. Nothing is confirmed until it is confirmed in writing between us.

Certificates

Where a programme includes a certificate, it is a HINT Institute Certificate of Completion. It is not a degree, diploma, licence or professional certification, and it is not tied to any national qualification framework. See the certificate page for detail.

Educational content is not advice

Our programmes and published articles are educational. Material covering areas such as data protection, AI governance or regulation is provided to build general understanding, and is not a substitute for your own professional advice on your own situation.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, programme structures, the HINT name and the HINT logo, belongs to HINT Institute. You may read, share and link to pages. Reproducing programme materials or presenting our content as your own is not permitted without written permission.
